Many people going through recovery from prolonged negative eating habits and body image thoughts often feel ALIENATED and BROKEN as they spend a lot of time dissecting the past, trying to fix the process that got them here in the first place and putting band-aids on the problem via restrictive diet and exercise plans.

But what I know and believe is that every person struggling with negative eating habits and body image needs to realize they're NOT alone, that their past does NOT define them in the present moment, and that they can tap into their intuition to find a personalized solution.

 

Moreover, this is best done with someone by their side who has been there, done it, and can help keep them accountable and supported. This way, they can find F R E E D O M from their harmful food and body beliefs instead of staying stuck in their past.
